Cubs

If you’re a Cub Scout, you’re a girls or boy aged between 7½ to 10½. You’re in the second section in the Scouting family.

You can do loads of fun things as a Cub Scout. You will get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting. If you do them well you can earn Activity Badges, which you wear on your uniform. You can come regularly to exciting meetings where you will gain Challenge Badges for different topics. If you pass them you will gain the Chief Scouts Silver Award – many of ours have already done this! Recipients have the opportunity to attend a County Award Ceremony and get presented with a Certificate of Achievement, from the County Commissioner.

We have two cub packs- for either email cubs@4th-rochford.org.uk or contact Pam on 07557 876662
